Communicationno proper tracking, radio silence from support, just canned emails that don't answer anything. The unit itself (from what others say and from the spec sheet) looks solid — that's why I recommended it — but the delivery experience is a mess. I need a real update and a firm delivery date within 24 hours, otherwise I'll be asking my bank to reverse the charge; I don't want to, but I'm out of patience. Please, someone human, help me out.
