WORX Tools - Reviews and experiences

I was actually on the fence for a few days. I’d bought Worx stuff off Amazon earlier in the summer and liked the tools, so when their site showed a deal last week I thought, why not buy direct? Big mistake on my part — or at least frustrating. The website kept timing out and I had to reload a bunch. Then the courier apparently lost the order. Calling customer service went nowhere; it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a message. I did finally reach technical support and was told most CS folks were on annual leave for two weeks. Not ideal. I did get my tools eventually though, and once I started using them (yard cleanup last weekend) they worked exactly as I remembered — solid, powerful, easy to handle. So yes, the kit performed and I’m glad about that, but the buying and post-sale experience needs fixing. I’m starting a return process with Amazon just in case warranty becomes a pain.
