TrackingI ordered a Parka Jacket online, but it got stuck at customs with no idea when it will arrive, just saying 'delayed'. When I called customer service, they said they would let me know when it's coming, but never did. Even after 24 hours and another call, they still didn't seem to care about inconveniencing me as a customer. Pretty disappointing for a brand that's supposed to be top-notch.
