I bought a coat from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. I spent a good chunk of money on what I expected to be a top-notch coat, but when it came to getting some help afterwards, there was none to be found. I was pretty ticked off about it, especially since I paid a pretty penny for the coat. And now, less than a year later, the coat is all messed up and I've got no clue on how to fix it since no one offered me any advice or suggestions.

Eh, just goes to show you can't always trust the hype around a pricey item.

So, I recently bought something during Black Friday, but then a week later they cancelled my order. They said the item wasn't actually available, which totally bummed me out. And to make it worse, after the Black Friday deal was over, I saw that all the stuff was back in stock at full price. I not only missed out on what I wanted, but I lost out on the discount too. And on top of that, the money they put on hold for my order stayed stuck there for two days after the cancellation, which was super annoying. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but it's been five days and still no response. This whole lack of customer service and bad experience has left me completely unsatisfied with the company.

I bought a jacket online and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was so disappointing. They couldn't even help me properly with my order, and they were just plain rude the whole time. When I asked to talk to the manager, they told me she was in a meeting, which makes me wonder how they run things there. Trying to return the jacket has been a total nightmare, and I'm getting nowhere with it. It's clear that they have problems making customers happy and fixing issues quickly. Looking back, I really wish I had read the reviews before buying anything from them. It would have saved me from this whole mess.
