Servicethe silver pair was way too big and the black pair ran small. I tried them on that night — first impression was confusion, then irritation. I reached out to customer service because they were marked final sale but you can clearly see a sizing discrepancy. The replies were polite but canned, saying different styles fit differently — which is frustrating because these were the same style, only a different colour. They didn't really listen or offer anything useful, so, yeah, disappointing. Small positive: when the fit is right the footbed is comfy, I liked that. But given how delivery/packing and support handled this, I’m hesitant to order again.
