Deliverythe pair I did get is nicer than the ad made it seem. Big downside: communication and delivery left a lot to be desired.

Returns & Refundsnot many updates, a promise of a refund cheque mailed in September, then more waiting. By October I’d still not seen the cheque and the 120-day window for disputing the card charge was nearly up, so I filed a dispute — not the ideal end to things. Bottom line: the shoes are comfortable and support my feet, and the people I dealt with were courteous, but the follow-through on returns/refunds and the delivery of that refund was slow and frustrating. I’m glad the product itself mostly did its job, but I wish the return process had been faster and less confusing.
