solid arch support, leather that softened quick, comfy heel cup — honestly helped my back on day two, which I’m really grateful for. Trouble was, the sizing runs big and none of the first three were right, so I held off returning them to ship together. I was out of town when the fourth arrived, and came back to find I’d missed the return window by a few days. Spoke to a supervisor, no wiggle room, “you can resell them.” Bit cold, that. So happy with the one pair that fits, annoyed at the inflexible policy. Would buy again only if the return rules were clearer.

the silver pair was way too big and the black pair ran small. I tried them on that night — first impression was confusion, then irritation. I reached out to customer service because they were marked final sale but you can clearly see a sizing discrepancy. The replies were polite but canned, saying different styles fit differently — which is frustrating because these were the same style, only a different colour. They didn't really listen or offer anything useful, so, yeah, disappointing. Small positive: when the fit is right the footbed is comfy, I liked that. But given how delivery/packing and support handled this, I’m hesitant to order again.

not many updates, a promise of a refund cheque mailed in September, then more waiting. By October I’d still not seen the cheque and the 120-day window for disputing the card charge was nearly up, so I filed a dispute — not the ideal end to things. Bottom line: the shoes are comfortable and support my feet, and the people I dealt with were courteous, but the follow-through on returns/refunds and the delivery of that refund was slow and frustrating. I’m glad the product itself mostly did its job, but I wish the return process had been faster and less confusing.
