Porch surprise, shoes turned out okay
ProductPackage on the porch before my coffee — that was a surprise. I ordered the sneakers for my daily dog walks and running errands, and at first they felt stiff and made me doubt the buy. After a couple walks they softened up a bit, not perfect but usable. Delivery was fast, which I really appreciated, and customer service actually responded when I couldn't post a review (weird glitch). They offered a few options and were polite, so I'm glad it worked out. Won't swear by them, but I'm happy overall.
