My partner and I bought a bikini from this company for her vacation last July. Unfortunately, the colors faded after just a week of wearing it. We've been trying to get a refund or replacement for the past 4 months with no luck. The customer service has been really bad, they keep asking for proof of purchase and then say they can't find the transaction even after showing evidence from my bank statement. They told us to go back to the store where we bought it, so we had to drive 300 miles to Bicester, only to deal with unhelpful and rude staff who weren't informed about the issue. This lack of responsibility and poor treatment of customers is not okay.

I am so disappointed with the customer service here after I returned something and the courier lost the package. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten my refund. I haven't heard anything from them, no updates at all, just silence. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I won't be shopping at this online store again, that's for sure.

I had the worst time shopping online with this company. Their customer service was terrible - they didn't answer any of my questions about returns and refunds. Trying to send back what I bought was a nightmare because they wouldn't talk to me. It was just so frustrating and disappointing.

I can't believe how slow this place is with refunds. Waiting three weeks plus shipping time is just too much. I've gotten refunds quicker from shady online stores before. They really need to improve their process.
