CommunicationI recently bought my husband a pair of shorts as a Christmas gift before our trip to Thailand. Unfortunately, the shorts started to change colour quickly, even though they were supposed to be perfect for the sunny and watery weather there. When I contacted Customer Support with all the details and some photos, their service was pretty disappointing. It took them 11 days to reply, and all they told me was to return the shorts to a store for them to check. This whole process went on for weeks, with no solution in sight. The way they kept blaming others and not taking responsibility was so frustrating and not professional at all. I've been a big fan of this brand for a long time, but this experience was really bad and I doubt I'll buy from them again.
