Lights, great show, awkward exit
Lights, great show, awkward exit
Halfway through the encore I remember thinking how great the venue felt — comfy seats, clear sightlines and so easy to get into; I even arrived early and breezed through. The show itself was brilliant, really energetic. Leaving though was rough — honestly a nightmare for a bit. People were packed tight, slowly inching out, it felt, it felt unsafe; roads blocked so our bus to Woolangabba couldn't get through and elderly folks ended up waiting in the dark. Still, I'd go back for the show.

CommunicationRight in the middle of trying to move the ticket over, I thought this was going to be a mess — customer support felt like chatting with a script at first, asking for an Indian mobile number like I could just conjure one up. That was annoying, no doubt. But shout-out to the actual seller who dug deeper and, with backup from another seller, managed to transfer the ticket to my Canadian number. I first spotted the deal on a travel forum and tipped my coworker. So mixed feelings, but glad it worked out.

Productthe merch stall wasn’t hard to find and the souvenir bag was a decent buy. Later I realised it didn’t shout “75th anniversary” — just a plain Tattoo bag — a bit underwhelming. The real story was the rain. It poured. My plastic poncho looked fine in the bag but in use it collected water in the rolled sleeves and funneled it down to my feet. I ended up soaked through to the skin and left at the interval. That said, the performers pushed on in awful conditions and honestly they earned my respect. Skeptical at first, I left with mixed but overall respectful feelings.

Overalllots of listings, even some VIP options that were weirdly cheaper than face value. That should’ve been my first red flag, but I went ahead.

ServiceLate Saturday I was juggling bags and thought, oh right — list the spare ticket. I set it up a few weeks early and at first the listing just sat there, inactive; not great, and yeah I was annoyed. First impression was clunky, like a small glitch. I reached out to support and after a couple of back-and-forths someone actually took ownership. That’s the moment I knew they’d sort it — the rep followed up, escalated, and called me like they said they would. The ticket went live and sold before the event, so I wasn’t left holding anything. It wasn’t flawless, but the quick turnaround and the human touch made me genuinely happy. Really appreciated the clear updates and someone who actually followed through, so thanks for that.
A bit of a rollercoaster, but not all bad

Overallbe ready to double-check, and don’t assume everything is final until you see the tickets in hand. It’s a decent service with some annoying bumps.
