CommunicationThe stuff I got was exactly what I ordered and it was packed really well. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but the company kept me in the loop the whole time, which was good. I like that they paid attention to the little things and made sure my order arrived in good shape. I would for sure think about using this service again down the road.

CommunicationI bought an auger online from this company on May 24th, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've gotten. Even though they said in an email that my order would be shipped within 24 hours, it's now May 30th and the item still hasn't been shipped. The FedEx tracking info shows that the label was made 6 days ago, on the day I placed the order. I chatted with the company online twice to express my frustration and ask to cancel the order. The second time, they told me to "wait a few hours" for an email about canceling, but it's been over 12 hours and I haven't heard anything. This lack of follow-up and communication is not okay, I expect better from a company I support. I want a refund so I can shop somewhere else.
