I got my chair today, but it had a cut and the armrest was messed up. I called customer service and Jimin was so helpful. They took care of everything right away, no issues at all. Definitely the best service I've ever experienced!

I recently got myself the SL5800 chair from this company after thinking long and hard about getting a new chair. Let me tell you, it was totally worth it!
