CheckoutHey, so I read a bunch of bad reviews about this company, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because the website was kinda wonky and not user-friendly, but I eventually managed to figure out how to order my chair. It took forever to arrive, but when it finally did, I was like, "hey, this chair is really comfy." However, my armrest ended up getting all loose and wobbly. I reached out to them and they quickly sent me a replacement part for free. The seat is a bit flimsy though, it's already starting to tear. Overall, it's been okay for me but maybe not the best choice for someone bigger.
