The shirt I got was awesome, great quality and fit like a glove. But when I wanted to return it cuz of an issue, the customer service sucked big time! It was super frustrating trying to get some help.

I bought a shirt from this store before and never had any problems returning items. But this time, I had issues at every turn. And to top it off, there was no apology or any kind of goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. It's frustrating because I really like some of their clothes, but this bad experience has put me off using their services again. It seems like their customer service doesn't really care about Canadian customers like me.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely terrible. The customer service is basically non-existent and I am completely fed up with it. I just can't deal. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else that actually values their customers. It's just ridiculous.

My mom and I went to the store and this really friendly lady helped us pick out some awesome shirts. She knew a lot about the shirts and was really nice. We ended up getting 2 shirts, but 1 was out of stock, so she offered to mail it to our house.

So I ordered something online not long ago and ran into a problem, but Dan from customer service stepped in right away and fixed everything without any hassle. I've been a customer for a while now and never had any issues with my orders until this one. Dan's customer service was top-notch and I'm grateful that UnTuck It has such dedicated people like him working for them.

I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the two shirts I bought from this company. The service was a total bummer - the email replies were just confusing and didn't help me at all. The shirts were just meh, not any better than regular ones like they promised. Trying to return them was a pain, so I just decided to keep them even though I know I paid too much. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
