I set the package on my desk and tried them the same evening. They looked off compared to the photos — duller, cheaper — but I figured for the price I'd re-gift. Then I held one up to the little magnet on my desk and it stuck, solid. Called customer service, explained they were selling base metal as sterling. They refunded me without hassle, which was decent — fast refund — but no real apology or explanation. Delivery arrived on schedule and packaging was fine.

I wouldn’t buy again from this seller. The shirts arrived fast, which I’m thankful for, but they ran small. I wear Large almost exclusively — closet proves it — and these felt more like tight mediums. I reached out to support asking for an exchange or refund and got pushback, they treated it like a change of mind. That was frustrating. In the end I managed a refund through my bank, so it worked out, slowly. I use these shirts for work and weekends, so fit matters. Disappointed, but glad it didn’t turn into a long fight.
