CommunicationSo I bought something with my credit card, went through all the steps to confirm the order, but didn't get any confirmation at all. The item just vanished from my cart, and there was no trace of it in my order history. Plus, I couldn't even check if the payment went through since it was a company credit card. And to top it off, I couldn't contact the company at all about this problem. I tried emailing them, but the address was blocked from receiving any emails. This whole thing has been a complete nightmare and a total waste of time.
