As someone who loves drinking loose leaf tea, I'm always trying to find the best quality products out there. When I contacted Consumer Services for help, I spoke with a lady named Louise. Right from the start, she showed that she really knew her stuff and was super professional. She quickly answered my questions and gave me all the info I needed to make a smart choice. Because of her fast and useful help, I was able to buy what I needed without any issues, which made me believe even more in the brand's dedication to making customers happy.

The service was amazing, they kept me informed every step of the way. My order arrived nicely packaged and nothing was damaged. I bought a variety of teas, mugs, and gift bags for my relatives who live in a different city. I especially loved the gift bags, they were beautifully designed and added a touch of elegance to everything.

I bought some black tea from here recently and unfortunately, I didn't really like the taste. But when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me really quickly and gave me great service. They asked me to send a sample back and in return, they sent me some nice samples of different tea types to try. On top of that, they also sent me 8 bucks in gift vouchers to use on their products. Gotta say, while their black tea was a letdown for me, their customer service was really impressive. I'm more into their herbal teas, which are pretty good quality. Even though this brand is a bit pricey, I think the quality makes it worth it. I'd suggest giving their herbal teas a shot.

I just bought this amazing tea that I had just tried and totally loved. I wanted to get a bunch of it, but turns out they don't make it anymore. Even though I was pretty bummed about that, the company really came through for me. The person I talked to let me know they had one box left and sent it to me for free.
