Swiss Chocolate Drink

Product

I just bought that Swiss Chocolate Drink from your store and let me tell you, it was not good at all. It tasted like overly sweet mud with hardly any cocoa flavor. I gave it a shot twice, once with 2 teaspoons and then with a whole tablespoon, but it was terrible both times. No way am I buying that stuff again.

Tea quality decline

Product

I'm really disappointed with the drop in tea quality from this company. The Lady Grey and Earl Grey teabags are much weaker than before, and the replacement for lapsang is just awful. I used to really enjoy their teas, but now I have to find a better quality alternative somewhere else. It's sad to see a company that used to be great putting profit before the quality of their product.

Recent standard tea purchase

Product

I've noticed that the regular tea has been kinda... not as good lately. They've been messing with the blend and skimping on filling the tea bags. The English breakfast tea isn't cutting it either, especially compared to other brands. I'd recommend sticking to Ringtons or Yorkshire tea if you want a top-notch cuppa.

My purchase was a pack of tea bags

Product

Hey, so I went and got some tea bags from this spot and I was really excited to give their new flavor a try. But man, I was so bummed out because it didn't taste anything like I thought it would. They gotta bring back the old flavor real quick!

Earl Grey Tea bags

Product

So I bought those Earl Grey Tea bags recently, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. The quality just isn't the same as before. They raised the price, but you get less tea in each bag now, which is not cool. The taste is off too - it's a bit harsh and just not as enjoyable as it used to be. Plus, there's always this tea dust at the bottom of my cup, which is kind of annoying and not fun for my throat. So yeah, I think I'm gonna switch to Waitrose's Lapsang Suchong instead, when I can find it.

Distinctively Smoky tea

Product

I can't believe Twinings thought it was a good idea to make that Distinctively Smoky tea. It tastes awful, like they mixed chemicals with water and let it sit with cigarette butts. The aftertaste is terrible and won't go away. I've been into tea for a long time, and this is definitely the worst one I've ever tried. I'm so disappointed in Twinings and I won't be buying any of their stuff anymore because of this horrible tea. It's like they rushed to put it out as a replacement for Lapsang Souchong without thinking about the loyal customers who liked the original. My advice to real Lapsang lovers is to stay away from this awful copy at all costs.

Breakfast tea bags

Product

I've been drinking your breakfast tea for a while now, and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the tea bags lately. The flavor just isn't the same anymore, and now I have to use two bags in one cup to get the strength I used to get with just one. It feels like you're giving us less while keeping the price constant, which is not cool. This whole situation has left me feeling let down, and I'm not sure if I'll keep buying these tea bags in the future.

Loose leaf tea gift set

Product

Twinings has a lot of different gift sets with loose leaf teas to choose from. I personally prefer loose leaves because they taste and smell better than tea bags. The tea quality is top-notch, and the packaging is really nice, so it's a great gift idea for anyone who loves tea. I definitely suggest trying out their loose leaf tea gift sets for a fancy tea-drinking experience.

Pure Peppermint Tea

Product

As someone who loves a good cup of tea, I was really let down by the Pure Peppermint Tea. The tea bags just didn't seem up to par, with not much freshness or aroma. It felt like I was drinking the bottom of the barrel, not whole peppermint leaves. I was especially bummed about the lack of scent, a good peppermint tea should be bursting with that invigorating smell.

Chocolate drink

Product

This chocolate drink is seriously the best I've had in like, forever. It's so delicious, just melts instantly in hot water, and is as silky smooth as it says on the package. If I could, I'd totally give it 7 stars!

Lady Grey Tea bags

Product

I just bought a box of Lady Grey Tea bags, thinking I'd get to enjoy the zesty flavors I love. But, um, I gotta say, I was super disappointed with how bland the tea tasted. It was weak and just didn't have that vibrant flavour I'm used to. Seems like the quality went downhill, so now I'm thinking I might have to switch to a different brand for my tea fix.

'Distinctly Smokey' tea replacement

Product

I'm so disappointed with the 'Distinctly Smokey' tea replacement I bought. I love Lapsang Souchon tea, so I was really looking forward to trying Twinings' version. But, the taste was just awful and nothing like the original I used to enjoy. I don't understand how Twinings can say it's inspired by Lapsang Souchon when it tastes so different. It's really not my cup of tea. Plus, if the original tea was hard to find, why can other suppliers still get it? Overall, I'm really let down by the product and won't be buying from Twinings for my tea fix in the future.

Recent English Breakfast Tea purchase

Product

I've been drinking English Breakfast Tea for years now. Lately though, I've noticed the last couple boxes I bought haven't been as good. The taste has changed and it's way too bitter now. Plus, there's this weird film on the top of my tea that I can't stand. I used to love having this tea every day, but it's just not worth it anymore. I'm bummed that a tea I used to really enjoy has turned into such a letdown.

Sticky Tea Bags

Product

I bought some tea bags the other day and I was totally surprised when I saw there was glue on them that melted into my tea cup. I reached out to customer service to ask about it and they said sorry for the lousy product and gave me some vouchers to make up for it. But I was a bit worried that they didn't explain why it happened. It makes me wonder about the brand's quality and if they're reliable or not.

Recent tea purchases

Product

I've bought a bunch of tea from this company recently, like the breakfast and darjeeling kinds. But I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the quality. The tea bags just don't taste as good as they used to. They're weak and bland, not even leaving a mark in my teacup. I've been a loyal customer, but this drop in quality has me thinking twice about buying from them again.

Ginger and lemon and chamomile tea flavors

Product

I just bought the ginger, lemon, and chamomile teas and honestly, they were terrible. The taste was just way too strong, I couldn't even believe it. I'm starting to think they weren't even made with natural ingredients. I was really let down by my purchase and I won't be getting those flavors ever again.
