Tiny Land - Reviews and experiences

I almost didn’t order because I’d read a few mixed things and, you know, online shopping can be a gamble. Also had one or two horror stories with other companies that never answered — so I went in a bit skeptical. The package did actually get stuck at the post office, which made me grumble, but Tiny Land replied way quicker than I expected (definitely under 24 hours). They looked into it, sent a replacement via FedEx, and that arrived a couple days later. I washed and put it together while my toddler napped — the instructions were annoyingly clear in the best way — and it’s surprisingly solid. When she woke up she basically claimed it as her throne and wouldn’t let me move it. Quality feels good, colours are nice, and the whole customer service fix turned my doubt into relief. I’ll buy from them again when we need something similar.

I was a bit hesitant to contact the company — worried it’d be a long hassle or no spare parts for Canada — but I needed that tiny ice tray because my grandkids play with the kitchen non-stop and, well, small hands misplace things. Customer service replied quickly and walked me through ordering a replacement. They even knocked off a chunk from the price (nice surprise), which eased my mind about cost. Not perfect, there was a small delay in shipping, but the part fits and the kids are back to playing. Pretty grateful it worked out.
