Threadbare - Reviews and experiences

I can't believe this store! I thought I was smart getting some cute stuff, but I should have checked first. My order came with missing items and damaged goods, and their customer service is terrible. It's taking forever to get updates on my missing items, and I feel like they're not helping at all. They're great at social media advertising, but what's the use if they can't get orders right? I'm really disappointed and frustrated.

I was a bit unsure about buying after reading some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it anyways. I ordered on a Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on Friday! I also had a good experience with customer service. At first, I didn't get a confirmation email, but when I contacted them, I found out I had typed in my email wrong. The customer service folks were super quick to fix it. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got.

I used to be a loyal customer of this company and I was always happy with my purchases, but my most recent order was a big disappointment. My package arrived on time, but when I opened it up, it was totally the wrong order inside. My name was on the package, but the items were someone else's. I was really surprised and let down by this mistake, especially since I've always had good experiences before. What bothered me even more was that there was no phone number to call for help. I had to send an email and wait for a reply within 48 hours, which is not what I expect from customer service nowadays.
