Service

I bought some clothes from this store, eh? They were all out of stock and they messed up my order twice, you know? I asked them to cancel my order, but they still sent it. And they didn't even bother to respond to my email when I wanted to return the clothes. So frustrating, eh!

Service

I was totally freaked out after reading some terrible reviews about this place, so I decided to shoot them an email to cancel my order. But you know what? They were really understanding and let me cancel without any hassle. I still wanted to get something, so I placed a smaller order and everything worked out fine. I did have to return one item because it didn't fit, but that process was smooth as well. Even though I wasn't thrilled to hear about refund problems, my own interaction was really positive and I just wanted to share that.
