CommunicationI had a really bad experience with the customer service at this store. I had to deal with an issue for over a month because they cancelled part of my order. I reached out to them multiple times and the responses I got were not helpful at all and they didn't even apologize for their mistake. Their lack of responsibility and bad communication has made me feel super frustrated and disappointed with their service.
