Returns & RefundsI bought four things, but three of them turned out way too big. So when I tried to get an exchange, they just said "Sorry, no exchanges." Are you kidding me? You kinda expect to be able to exchange or return stuff when you buy online, right? This policy is totally turning me off, so I'm gonna shop somewhere else from now on.

Returns & RefundsFirst time shopping at this store and I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot. I ordered Ultra Boost for my mom and it came in only 4 days. It was in perfect condition, no issues at all. My only thing is that they don't have a return or exchange policy, especially for things that haven't been tried on. It would be great to have the choice to exchange or get store credit for next time.
