The Last Hunt - Reviews and experiences

So, I bought this jacket from The Last Hunt, eh? Unfortunately, when I got it, the size on the tag was totally off. It was such a letdown to see that mix-up, you know? And when I tried to get some help with it, there was no one there to lend a hand. As someone who's been shopping with them for a while, I was really bummed out by the lack of customer service. I had higher hopes for a company that I used to trust, you know? Because of this whole situation, I've decided to unsubscribe from their ads and find somewhere else that offers better deals and service.

I bought some no-name running shoes from this store and I was really let down with the whole thing. The website didn't say anywhere that you couldn't get your money back, and when I got the shoes, they weren't even the brand I picked out. They were crappy quality and I felt like I just threw my money away on shoes I'll never wear. I tried to contact customer service to ask about returning them, but they said they don't do refunds. The lack of honesty and responsibility in this situation was really disappointing.

So I was pumped to get this awesome backpack two months back, did tons of research and was so happy when it finally came. It had this big insert for all my camera stuff and it looked sweet. But then, after only two months, the zipper on the laptop pouch just decided to rip off on its own! I didn't even do anything crazy, I swear. I've been trying to reach out to them for a week now to fix it cause I need my laptop for work. It's been a drag not being able to lug it around. Fingers crossed they hit me back soon!

I bought a rain jacket from this store that claimed to be 100% waterproof. It worked well for about 6 months, keeping me dry on rainy days. But suddenly, it stopped being waterproof without even being washed. This was really disappointing, especially with all the rain we get here on the West Coast. I contacted The Last Hunt for help, but they first ignored me and then had the nerve to refer me to their no return policy. To add to the frustration, I later found out they had sold me a discontinued jacket known to have issues from the manufacturer. It felt like a waste of my hard-earned money. I suggest shopping elsewhere to avoid a similar situation.

I bought a down jacket from this place not too long ago. The price was decent and it got delivered quickly, but I was pretty bummed out about the zipper being all wonky. It just wouldn't zip up properly, so the jacket was pretty much useless and it felt like I wasted my money. I tried to contact the seller through email, but never heard back. Turns out, there was a little trick to getting the zipper to work and some silicone fixed it right up. The seller said they would have helped out if the zipper was actually broken, but all's well that ends well, I guess.
