DeliverySo I recently bought some ski gear for my son's first trip, eh? But man, it was a total nightmare with the delivery and customer service from this place. I paid for next day delivery but never got my stuff. I tried emailing and calling them, but all I got was a stupid answering machine. They kept saying my order was ready for pickup, but it wasn't. Even the delivery company didn't bother answering my questions. I've been shopping online for years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card after a whole week of being ignored. Really disappointed, won't be going back to them, that's for sure.
