I bought this huge skirt from the store not too long ago and man, was I let down by the size! Even though I got my regular size, the skirt was way too big and just did not fit right at all. Ended up having to go through the whole process of returning it, plus on top of that, I had to dish out more money for the shipping to get it and then pay again to send it back. Hoping that the smaller size I got will work out better, but gotta say, this whole situation has really left me feeling disappointed.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store and I gotta say, I was not impressed with the sizing mix-up. One pair fit great and I was loving how they looked, but the other pair, even though they were supposed to be the same size, were too small. It would've been super handy to know the brand of the shoes beforehand so I could compare the sizes with what I've worn before. Because of this issue, I had to fork out some cash for return shipping on the pair that didn't fit. I mean, I think they mentioned the return policy while I was ordering, but it didn't click for me that I would have to cover the cost of return postage.

I've been to the store a couple times and I gotta say, they've got a great variety of quality brands. The service is fast and efficient, and my purchases always come nicely packaged. Even though they don't do free returns, I've found the whole return process to be pretty smooth and the refund comes in quickly. All in all, I'm happy with my visits to the store.

So I ordered a pair of shoes online and everything seemed good, eh? But then when they arrived, turns out they weren't the right size or color that I picked out. Bummer, eh? I was so excited to wear them, too. Had to go through the whole process of returning them and now I'm just hoping the right ones come this time.

The wide shoes I ordered came in real quick, but sadly, they weren't wide enough for my feet. The shoes themselves were really good quality, but I was bummed out they didn't have a wider size available. It would also be helpful if they had half sizes for folks who need them. Still, I gotta say I was pretty happy with how fast they arrived and how nice the shoes were.
