I bought a pair of leather boots from your store recently, but I wasn't happy with how it all turned out. I was told to go a size up to a size 7 since there were no half sizes available, but when I got them, they were too big. There weren't any instructions in the package, so I called customer service to ask about making a return. They said they'd send me a return form, but I still haven't gotten it. On top of that, the package was left outside near my front gate exposed to the weather, instead of being put under cover by the front door. It looked like someone might have opened the package before it got to me, as it was half-open when I opened it myself. Overall, this whole experience has been really disappointing.

I just bought something with next day delivery but it actually took 2 days to get here, which was kind of a bummer. This has happened before with the same company. The customer service and delivery seemed pretty unreliable to me. But I'll admit, the stuff I got was good quality, even though it was a bit expensive.

I received my stuff super quick, which was amazing! But, I wasn't too happy with the delivery service they went with. It took two days for my package to arrive and it showed up really late in the evening. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and I really hope they switch delivery companies.
