Mercerised socks purchase

Communication

Earlier this year, I bought a pair of fancy mercerised socks. Sadly, they turned out to be a huge letdown. I put them on for the first time and by the end of the day, they already had a bunch of holes. I couldn't believe it! I've never had a pair of socks fall apart so quickly. I thought mercerised cotton was supposed to be tough! I tried reaching out to customer service by email to sort things out, but I never heard back from either email address I contacted. Overall, I was really disappointed with my purchase and the way my concerns were handled, or rather, not handled.

Easy ordering process

Communication

I just bought something from this company and it was super easy to order. They kept me updated the whole time until I got my order, which was really impressive. The service was top-notch, just like it always has been. I'm happy with how everything went when I was shopping.
