I just bought something from this online store, and I gotta say, navigating the website and making my purchase was a breeze. The ordering process was smooth and quick. Even with the holiday rush, my package arrived right on time. I was really happy with how fast it came, especially during such a hectic time of year. All in all, my shopping experience was great, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from here again.

My experience with this online store has been really disappointing. I ordered a new Max Verstappen t-shirt for my grandson, but then I got three emails saying the delivery date was pushed back. It feels like they're trying to make people cancel their orders. I didn't get any help at all, and now I'm just really let down by the whole shopping experience. I won't be telling my friends to shop here. Now I have to tell my 16-year-old grandson that his gift won't arrive on time. Thanks for nothing.

I bought this really awesome t-shirt and hat from the store. It was super simple to order, just like my math homework last night. Paying was easy peasy, like eating a slice of pizza. And you know what? The delivery came earlier than I thought! How amazing is that? When the package showed up, I was so pumped to see my F1 gear. It was just perfect!

So, I went on the website and ordered a shirt back in February. They told me it would arrive in 2 weeks, but it never showed up. They refunded me for the shipping, but now they're saying it's out of stock? Seriously? I'm super upset right now, I don't even want to shop there again. It's really disappointing and just awful. Definitely would not recommend, it's been the worst experience ever!

I ordered a Mercades t-shirt in February, but I just got an email in May saying they cancelled my order. It's really annoying to wait that long and then be told they can't send my stuff. I'm pretty disappointed and won't be telling anyone to use this site.

The store seems to have trouble with Mercedes merchandise, based on the reviews and my own experience. I bought a women's Mercedes top and even though the website said it would be shipped within one business day, I keep getting emails saying it's delayed. I also ordered a men's Mercedes top that ended up being out of stock so I got a refund. However, when I ordered items from other teams like McLaren and Alpine, there were no problems and they arrived quickly. It's frustrating to still be waiting for the top a month later without knowing if it's in stock or not.

I am super disappointed with this store's service. I ordered something and was expecting it on March 14th, but now it's delayed and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried contacting them through their website and email, but it's been 3 days and still no response. I just want to know when I'll get my stuff.

F1store.formula1.com never delivered my package and when I started a claim they stated it was too late. Refused to reimburse me for the package they never delivered nor gave me alternative solutions. Never expected such horrible experience from this sport's customer service team. Will definitely never buy again.
