I bought my mom some flowers for Mother's Day, but they got the order mixed up. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing! They quickly figured out the issue and gave me a replacement without any trouble. I'll definitely be recommending this great service to my friends!

I ordered some flowers recently, but some of them didn't bloom properly. I contacted customer service to tell them about it, and they were really helpful and understanding. They let me pick a new arrangement, and the replacement was beautiful. The customer service team was not only nice but also really knew their stuff. I was happy with how quickly they sorted everything out and made sure I was happy.

Even though things got off to a rough start with the first agent giving me wrong info about my order, I’m happy to say that things turned around thanks to another agent named Chris R. He owned up to the mistake and offered me some good solutions to make it right. Chris R. was really attentive, understanding, and just a pleasure to deal with.
