The customer service was amazing, they really went above and beyond to help me with the issue I had with the flowers. Even though they sent me replacement flowers, they still weren't as bright and lively as we were expecting. I think the flowers may have suffered from the long journey from one state to another. But I do appreciate the effort they put in to fix the problem.

I normally really enjoy getting my flower subscriptions from this spot, but gotta say, the Easter bouquet I got this time around wasn't the greatest. It arrived late and looked a bit worse for wear after the journey. The flowers were on the smaller side and didn't quite have the wow factor for the price I shelled out. And to top it off, they're not lasting as long as they should, despite all the TLC I'm giving them.

I've been sending my mom flowers every month at her care home, and it always makes her so happy. She gets so excited when she talks about how much she and the other folks there love the flowers. It's a small thing, but it really makes a big difference in brightening up her days. Thanks for always sending such lovely bouquets.

Who woulda guessed living out in the boonies would mean I could still have gorgeous flowers delivered right to my doorstep? The Bouqs has been a total game-changer for me - living in a small town where the closest flower shop might as well be in another galaxy. I've ordered from them a bunch of times now and every time the flowers have been absolutely beautiful, super fresh, and lasted forever. I can't sing their praises enough for those of us who aren't lucky enough to live near a big city.
