TrackingI recently bought some skincare stuff from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about how long it's taking to get here. I placed my order almost a month ago, and it's still MIA. I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, and it took them three days to get back to me. They were nice enough, but their response didn't really tell me anything useful about where my order is. It's been frustrating, especially since I was really looking forward to trying out those products.
