Temple Spa - Reviews and experiences

I bought a skincare gift set from Temple Spa not long ago, but when it arrived, one of the items was missing. I reached out to their customer service and they quickly sent a replacement. I was really impressed by how fast and professional they were in fixing the problem. The products are top-notch and have really improved my skincare routine. Big thank you to Temple Spa for their awesome customer service and amazing products.

I went and got some really nice things from this store and I'm in love with them! They feel so fancy but didn't break the bank. I had to contact customer service because I made a mistake with my order, but they were super helpful and sorted everything out for me.

I ordered this skin truffle pot and had to wait TWO whole weeks for it to come, which is like FOREVER. When it finally arrived, it was only half full! Ugh, so annoying. I was so excited to treat myself but now it's ruined. And to top it off, customer service was super snarky in their email, like totally rude! They clearly don't care about us customers and just want to rip us off. I won't be wasting my money here again, that's for sure!

I've struggled with feeling down about myself and how I look for a long time, eh? But let me tell you, using these products has really turned my life around, you know? It's been a journey over the years, but man, with these awesome products and amazing customer service, I've finally been able to feel good about my skin. Huge shoutout to my rep, Stacey - she's been awesome from the get-go, eh? So kind and caring, and really puts in the effort to help her customers get great results. I've been using the In The Beginning cleanser, Tone of Essence toner, and Double Cream and Repose moisturizers, and I gotta say, my skin has never felt better, eh? These products are top-notch, and I see and feel the difference they make every single day.

Oh my goodness, I had this hand wash that was all messed up, but then this amazing lady named Rachel fixed it really quickly! She was so friendly. I'm definitely going to shop here again. By the way, their blue eye lotion works like magic for your eyes!

As a Temple Spa customer, I've been lucky to get some of their amazing skincare products from Anita Lowther in Northallerton. Anita is fantastic - she gives great advice and is super helpful. I've been to in-person and online classes with her, and I always come away feeling great. Anita really puts in the effort with Temple Spa, and it really pays off. I'm always happy to buy from her because she's so dedicated to giving the best service and advice. Can't wait for my next purchase with Anita xx
