TekniSTORE - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a digital microscope from your store and when it got here, the screen was damaged. I contacted customer service right away and sent them pictures of the screen. They quickly offered me a replacement screen, which I accepted. They kept me updated the whole time and soon I got a tracking number. When the replacement screen arrived a few days later, it came with everything I needed for the replacement process - bezel and switch panel included. It was easy to replace - just had to remove 6 screws and 2 ribbon cables, put it back together, and it was good as new. While I wish the product had been perfect from the start, I have to say I'm impressed with how well your team handled the issue. Big shoutout to Lena and Ada from customer service for sorting it out so quickly.

My experience with TekniSTORE was really disappointing, eh. I ordered a laptop and they told me there would be a big delay in delivering it, so I tried to get in touch with customer support. But, no matter how many times I reached out, I didn't hear back from them or get any problems solved. Honestly, I'd suggest to others to steer clear of this company because my experience was just awful, you know.

I ordered something from them over a month ago and it was supposed to come super quick, but it was a scam, eh? Don't buy from them, buddy. Can't trust those good reviews, they're probably fake. The customer service won't even tell me anything about my order, it's like they're hiding something, you know? And get this, they want me to remove my bad review before they'll help me. Not cool, eh?

So, like, I got these really awesome headphones from this store, eh? And let me tell you, they're just amazing, like seriously! Even with everything that's been happening lately, they still managed to ship them to me right on time. Plus, whenever I had any questions, they were always there to help me out. I'm totally stoked about their service and I'll definitely be buying from them again, no doubt about it.
