I recently bought some clothes that were really well-made and had a classic style that I liked a lot. The quality was great, and I was happy with my purchase in general. However, I had some problems with customer service that left me feeling annoyed. I tried to get a refund through different ways, but every time I was told it would be quick and it wasn't. The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing, especially for such a well-known brand. I just wanted a credit to buy something else, but even that was difficult because of slow responses.

My most recent experience with this company was terrible. I had to deal with a return that ended up costing me nearly $50, and I didn't even get the clothing item I originally ordered. They were not helpful at all and instead of trying to fix the problem, they just kept sending me long emails that made me feel frustrated and unhappy with their service. It's unbelievable how a company can be so unhelpful and not admit to their mistakes. I suggest staying away from this company unless you want to deal with a lot of stress and problems. If you really have to buy from them, I recommend using PayPal for extra security in case something goes wrong.

I got this really nice shirt but it was too big, so I had to exchange it for a smaller size. I tried to email and chat multiple times, but no one responded to me. I even called, but the phone line was busy or disconnected. It's frustrating, you know? I spent a lot of money at this store and they couldn't even help me with a basic exchange. There are definitely better stores out there that actually value their customers. Ugh, it's annoying.

So, you know how I ordered these pants online? And then I was like, "Oh, I actually want a different color." So I reached out to them and they were like, "You gotta cancel and reorder." It was kinda frustrating, but they helped me cancel and refunded my money really quickly. And then I had to ask about using my discount on the new order too. But in the end, they sent me the new pants really fast and even refunded me the discount money. So, yeah, it was a bit of a hassle, but they sorted it all out in the end.
