I opened the bag on my kitchen table and thought the fabric is nice — soft, sturdy stitching, it hangs well. I bought a few things over the holidays (needed a shirt that doesn’t aggravate my back and a jacket for work), but one piece was the wrong size. Exchanging should be easy, right? I tried email, chat and called the listed number a few times and only got busy or disconnected. The clothes are decent and feel good, but the poor support soured the whole purchase.

I recently bought a pair of jeans from this company, and I have to say, my experience was kinda disappointing. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times to ask questions about my order and a missing credit from a promo, but all I got were automated replies saying they were looking into it. Eventually, I did get my jeans, but the lack of communication and follow-up from them was frustrating. When I called the store directly for help, they told me they don't deal with online stuff, even though they ship the products from there. It was pretty obvious there was a problem with their customer service, which made my whole experience as a customer pretty bad.

I tried to ask about what size I should get for a pair of jeans I wanted, but the customer service was so bad. I asked a few times to get a straight answer, but all I got were those standard messages with no real help. It's annoying when a company cares more about automated responses than actually helping customers. I was already worried about how much it would cost to ship internationally, and the lack of communication made me decide to buy from somewhere else.
