My experience ordering a crystal necklace from the store was honestly a letdown. They lost my order and didn't seem to know what to do about it. They told me to wait for them to find the stuff before giving me a refund, but then I got a refund before they even found it. It was pretty annoying as a customer. It made me feel like they didn't really care about fixing their errors.

I ordered this really pretty crystal jewelry set for my daughter's birthday, but when the package finally showed up, the box was empty. I couldn't believe it – I was so disappointed and honestly kind of shocked that someone would take the contents out. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were not helpful at all. They refused to do anything or give me a refund. I spent a lot of money on that order, and now I have nothing to show for it. I'm going to take this up with PayPal and my bank to get my money back, but I am just really upset with how the company has handled this whole situation. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
