CommunicationI recently bought a watch online from this company and when it arrived, some parts of the bracelet extension were missing. I tried to get help by contacting customer service through chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone but no one was able to assist me. The customer service rep I talked to didn't seem to know what to do and suggested I send the whole watch in just to replace some missing pins! I sent pictures as they asked and even went to a local store as they advised, but I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of support. This whole situation has been really disappointing.
