Surf Stitch - Reviews and experiences

I bought something from this store not long ago and I gotta say it was kind of hit and miss. They have a lot of stuff to choose from which is cool, but sometimes the shipping takes forever and the customer service can be slow to get back to you. It's not too bad if you're not in a big hurry, but they could definitely step up their game when it comes to being more reliable.

I recently bought some stuff from this online store and let me tell you, their customer service has really gone downhill in the last few months. It used to be super easy to reach someone either by phone or chat, but now it feels like they're dropping the ball big time. I left a message and waited a full 4 days before hearing back - not cool when you need help urgently. And don't even get me started on their returns - it took a whole 2 weeks after I sent my items back for them to process it. That's just not right in today's world.<br><br>If I were you, I'd shop somewhere else. There are lots of other online stores with better customer service and faster processes. It's a shame to see a store that used to be dependable go downhill like this.
