CommunicationI recently bought some clothes online and everything with the delivery went fine, but I had an issue with the fabric on two pairs of shorts that ripped. When I tried to reach out to customer service to talk about a return, I was bummed out there wasn't a phone number on the website. I had to resort to using the online chat, but after waiting for three hours, I still couldn't talk to a real person. The chatbot wasn't helpful at all and just kept telling me to be patient. It was super frustrating and disappointing not being able to easily get help. I'd suggest others think twice before ordering from this site.
