Surf Stitch - Reviews and experiences

So, I ordered this shirt and shorts from an online store recently and man, let me tell you, the customer service was not great. They said they do free returns and exchanges but when I tried to return something that didn't fit, it was a whole mess. Took three weeks for them to respond and then they just told me the item couldn't be resold with no proof or anything. Like, what? We expect better than that, you know? Customer service is so important these days and SurfStitch did not come through on that front. Disappointing for sure.

Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time shopping there. Total scammers. My experience was awful - they still owe me money and trying to get it back from them is like torture. Customer service? Non-existent. Their communication? A complete joke. I'd steer clear at all costs.
