Surf Stitch - Reviews and experiences

So I bought these awesome board shorts, but man, they all had a major issue - like for real, every single pair was messed up! I even emailed them 3 times in one week, but no one bothered to reply. Ugh, their customer service is terrible, I'm not giving up until I get a real answer. Seriously, do not shop here if you want any help with problems.

I bought a wetsuit from this online store not too long ago, but when it showed up, there were some permanent marks on it. When I reached out to customer service about it, the return process seemed a bit fishy. They wanted me to send it back, then wait possibly up to two months, and even then, I might not get a refund or exchange. After checking out other reviews, it looks like this happens a lot, and it's really disappointing to see such bad quality control and customer service. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I bought a wetsuit not too long ago and ran into a problem with the stitching falling apart real quick. I was bummed out about it, so I got in touch with customer service. They hooked me up with a return label no charge, which was cool. But the annoying part came when, even after sending a bunch of follow-up emails, I still haven't gotten it sorted out. All I got was a vague update saying they're waiting on a credit note from their supplier. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me feeling let down by their customer service. I'd suggest being cautious if you're thinking about buying from them.
