Sunglass Hut - Reviews and experiences

this was a bad experience — I lost money and got zero help. I ordered a pair of sunglasses I liked from the Ashford outlet because I needed something for an upcoming holiday (wanted a little treat and needed better sun protection). The shop didn’t have my style in stock, so the salesperson said they’d order them and I’d get them in 3–4 business days. I got an email receipt, that was it — no tracking, no delivery updates. The promised window passed and nada. Then the Ashford store closed temporarily (ok), but every other location I called said they couldn’t do anything. Customer service phone is an AI bot that doesn’t help, and the email replies I eventually got just said they forwarded my case to Ashford — which is closed. So I’m out £135, without shades and with a holiday coming up. I was excited about the purchase, now just frustrated and stuck. Won’t be buying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this route to anyone who actually wants their order.
