Communicationthe marketing is misleading, plain and simple. Used the site in the evening, first impression was “nice deal” and smooth browsing — actually, the product photos and descriptions were clear, that was a bit unexpectedly good. But the promo handling and customer support ruined it. No workaround offered, no apology that mattered, just canned replies and wait times. I’ll probably buy elsewhere next time. If they made the promo rules explicit in the email or trained agents to check quickly, this would be an easy fix. For now, disappointing and avoidable.
