This company is ridiculous! They promote listings, take a cut, and then just decide something violates their rules out of nowhere. What rules, exactly?! "At our discretion" is not a rule that makes any sense. And they even said they might close down my shop because of a simple political statement. How about trying to control freedom of speech? I won't be using this platform anymore, that's for sure.

I just bought some kitchen stuff from that store, and let me tell you, their service was amazing. Even though they were hit with some natural disasters, they still stuck with their original prices for great quality products. The owner was super helpful and understanding, especially when I had to switch up the shipping address at the last minute. I can honestly say I'll be shopping there for a long time to come.
