Storenvy - Reviews and experiences

I recently ordered some clothes from Storenvy but my package never showed up. I contacted Storenvy and they quickly gave me a refund. The folks who run the store were hard to reach, so I had to go through the site. Storenvy was really helpful and understanding though. This whole thing has made me a bit more careful about online shopping, so I'll be researching more before buying anything else from there. It's good to remember that YouTube reviews aren't always trustworthy because a lot of YouTubers are sponsored by the companies they talk about.

I bought a wallet a few months back and I haven't got it yet. The store said they gave me my money back on my credit card, but it's been way too long and still no refund. I've tried emailing them many times but no reply. This seems like a scam, so be careful when buying from them.

I bought a dress from this store not long ago and man, was I let down by the service. I dropped a good chunk of change on it, but the product I got just didn't cut it for me. And to top it off, when I tried to return it and reached out to customer service, they told me they don't do returns. That kind of rigidity and poor customer service is just not cool and it's definitely left me feeling pretty disappointed.

This store is such a rip-off. They suck you in with pretty pictures on Pinterest, but once you order, you never get your stuff. Their customer service is terrible and they won't give you any money back. Stay far away from this store, it's a total disaster.
