Returns & RefundsI am really upset about the customer service I got from this company. They said I would only wait 30 seconds, but that was a lie. I sent back something broken and they said I would get a refund, but it's been 2 months and I still haven't got my money. I'm never buying from them again, that's for sure.

Even though it was past the return deadline, I reached out to customer service because I ordered it early during the pandemic. Doreen got back to me quickly and sent a new case right away to fix the issue. Thanks to Doreen, everything was sorted out without any hassle, and I'll definitely keep supporting this company.
