ServiceI just bought a personalized tumbler from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by the service I got. When I got my order, I was honestly surprised to see that it had someone else's name on it. So I contacted customer service to explain the mix-up, but all I got back was a kind of dismissive response basically saying it was my own fault for putting in the wrong info when I ordered. I couldn't believe they wouldn't own up to their mistake and help me out. I definitely wouldn't have asked for someone else's name on my cup, and the fact that they wouldn't fix it is just not cool.
