TrackingI'm so annoyed with my recent orders because I've got 4 that are just stuck somewhere. The tracking says the labels are made, but the packages aren't actually with the company yet. I talked to customer service, Paulina in particular, for help but she couldn't give me a good answer and then ignored my other questions. It's really frustrating because I love their stuff, but the bad communication and service is really upsetting.
