Returns & RefundsI ordered a bunch of stuff to put in stockings for Christmas on December 10th. But I didn't get it until December 24th, and one of the items was missing. When I asked customer service about it, they just blamed COVID-19 delays and didn't really care. It's now January 12th and I still haven't gotten that missing item. When I contacted customer service again, all they gave me was a useless tracking number. I'm so tired of this back and forth, I just want my money back.

Returns & RefundsI bought something the other day and was bummed to see that they sent me an extra item I never asked for. So, I called customer service and they told me I gotta pay to send it back. Not gonna lie, that whole situation really ticked me off. Just wasn't happy with how they handled things, eh.
